Amani & Ayman and the New Koshari Home

Why We Do This

Seattle Koshari is built around our family—so we can work side by side while sharing the flavors we grew up with. Every dish is inspired by my grandmother’s recipes—traditional, soulful, and reimagined vegetarian.

A family-run restaurant, built from a two-year pop-up into a permanent Ballard home.
